Our Signature Mousse Cakes are naturally Gluten-Free, consisting of a melt-in-your-mouth Flourless Chocolate Cake base, a layer of Ganache or Fruit Gelee, and a flavored Mousse filling. We also make from scratch the decadent, shiny, super smooth Chocolate Glaze that coats the entire cake. These cakes are DELICIOUS! The cake comes with chocolate shavings around the outer edge, but they can be customized by adding colored French Macarons or Chocolate garnishes. Please allow 2 weeks for an order, however with these beauties, there is NO MINIMUM ORDER! YAY! We are so happy to have found The Artistic Whisk to be our cake vendor for our destination wedding to Tampa! Arlene and her team totally captured our vision for a timeless, beachy, and elegant wedding cake. She was very responsive and attentive to detail when designing our cake. We went with the Lemon Cake with Raspberry Basil Jam which was DELICIOUS! All o the flavors really came out in her cake and you can taste the freshness in all of the ingredients used.
